Meet Our Doctors

Dr. Michael Grant Parkerson, D.M.D., attended Dental College of Georgia. Over the past 16+ years, Dr. Parkerson has been pursuing ways to provide best-in-class oral care and to give his patients a confident and radiant smile that will last a lifetime. Dr. Parkerson is committed to ongoing education, training, and professional memberships. Dr. Parkerson enjoys all aspects of dentistry, but specialized in implants, sedation, surgery, crown, and bridge.

Dr. Parkerson is committed to providing best-in-class patient care as the foundation of our practice as he engages, connects, and builds trustworthy relationships that extend beyond the chair. It is that approach that he believes sets us apart – empathy throughout the patient care journey. 

Dentistry seems to be the perfect career for Dr. Parkerson, as his passion for his patients and team radiate through his work. “I’m helping people while challenging myself to be better every day.”

When Dr. Parkerson is not creating beautiful smiles, he enjoys golf, construction and remodeling projects, and fishing.

Dr. Christopher (Derrick) Coleman, DMD, received his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry/Biochemistry from Georgia Southern University. He then went on to receive his Master of Science in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (MS), from the University of Florida. He graduated in 2020 with his DMD from the Dental College of Georgia. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

 “Dentistry is a combination of healthcare and art; it allows me to use both the rational/technical and creative sides of my brain equally.” Dr. Coleman plans to pursue education and training in sedation, dental sleep medicine and orofacial pain.

Dr. Coleman is a first-generation dentist in his family. He was born and raised in Warner Robins and now is back in town where he is excited to take care of his local community.  In his spare time, more often than not you can find him enjoying the outdoors playing golf, spending time on the water kayaking and paddle boarding, or running around the yard with his pup, Loki, wrangling his chickens. Most of his time is also spent with friends and family, but when he needs some down time, he also enjoys reading.
